At InnerSun, we are all about efficiency. That’s why we try to make sure we’re a good fit for not only your concern, but also for your busy schedule and family budget.
Prior to scheduling an actual appointment, we set you up for a 10-15 minute Discovery Call with the doctor. You can discuss your concern or reason for seeking care, as well as get a better understanding of any time or financial investment that may be associated with a case like yours. This call reduces your first appointment time by 30 minutes. As a direct-pay office, we find people like knowing all the details prior to stepping foot in our office.
Following your discovery call, we will schedule you for comprehensive testing. Depending on the complexity of your concern, the first visit in our office is typically 45-60 minutes. We will be mining for data in order to provide you with individualized care recommendations that will best meet your needs and help you obtain the results you are looking for.
If x-rays are deemed necessary, these are taken at a walk-in imaging center and will take additional time following your appointment in our office.
Following your testing, we take the time to review the results with you directly. The purpose of this visit is to provide you with the detailed findings from your testing as well as to review care recommendations created to meet your goals. All financial considerations that are associated with your recommended care are reviewed at this time as are any and all questions you have regarding your proposed care. While these visits typically occur in-office, our goal is to meet your needs so when time is an issue, we can do these virtually as well.
